At the junction of Old Rd and Hillcrest

Reported via desktop in the Faded road markings category anonymously at 09:01, Thu 24 March 2022

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3412144.

Although there are high level 20mph signs approaching all roads into inner Pensford village there are surface signs that were 30mph just painted over to reflect 20mph, the paint has gone and all motorists see is 30..White lining was done last week at the bottom of High st ! The speed warning signs need addressing urgently. Also the bottom of Old Road instead of half way around Hillcrest should be a junction as Hillcrest starts at the top of High st, making a junction here would slow traffic down, but properly marked signage would be a start.
