Significant damage to land used by public

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3417389.

There is substantial damage to the land inside this green area which is council maintained. A number of large mounds have been put up to use as bike trails making it dangerous and inaccessible. This was reported two years ago and nothing has been done.
