Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3432628.

The painted disabled sign is badly faded mean non blue badge cars are parking in error as the sign is not prominent.

    People gathering to smoke and drop cigarette buts at closed end of Old Frome Rd on footpath that goes to the fields. Even stuffed in top of metal pole...photo. There was a cigarette bin but it was small and got broke. Assume people from Threeways as quite often at Break times. Awful.
