The light attached to the corner of no 10 Quarry Vale cottages doesn't work. This means that someone coming down the drung from Church Road cannot see the top of the steps or the handrail. this is very dangerous! It has been like this for several weeks

We can confirm that this lantern will need to be replaced and that works may be needed in relation to the power supply. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by the lack of lighting and we are currently investigating the best course of action. We can add further comments here as needed

A Builder has closed the footpath between Belmont and Church Road with inadequate signage and not accessible for wheel chairs and push chairs . It appears they have done this without consulting BANES

We can confirm that we shall be installing a new power supply for this light and fitting the lantern on a new bracket. The bracket arm will be need to be ordered before the works can commence. We are waiting on a quote and further information about how long this may take. Further information will be added here when known.
