Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3449010.
Derelict house on edge of Charlotte Street attracting vandalism, graffiti and litter. This is right next to the car park used for visiting the Royal Crescent. This is both a health and safety concern and is unbecoming of a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
