Badly damaged step and unsafe access slip

Reported via mobile in the Pavement damage category anonymously at 21:55, Monday 18 April 2022

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3466447.

I reported this issue two weeks ago ref 3429951. So far no one has even come to inspect it. I have now included photos. Please note that my elderly father lives here, one of my neighbours is in a wheelchair and the other has poor mobility, relying on walking aids. My husband has already turned his ankle using the steps.
