Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3472493.

This graffiti has now been added to. We are receiving more and more complaints from local residents. We have tried to contact the owner of the land, currently with no success. Please can you make arrangements to move this eyesore from the High Street.
