Huge tree (think Ash) looks badly diseased

Reported via mobile in the Trees and woodland category anonymously at 09:14, Mon 2 May 2022

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3495458.

This tree which think is an Ash is definitely diseased and over the past few years has got worst with branches just dropping off periodically. It is situated right by a parking area for residents in a cul de sac at the top of a grass bank. The Cul de sac is in Blackmore Drive with houses 11 - 49. This has been reported before by this means and also phone, a few years ago and we have had no answer , nor has any work been done on the tree. Very concerned as such a large tree.
