Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 2 days, 20 hours, 54 minutes later. Council ref: 3506881.

Roots protruding up and creating dangerous trip hazard on pathway - 29 Odins Road (near Upper Bloomfield Road junction) Resident tripped over these today and it caused facial injuries and broke glasses. Please can these roots be seen to as the pavement is not fit for purpose
