Habitual parking on double yellows and pavement

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction on road or pavement category anonymously at 22:43, Sun 8 May 2022

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3510641.

A male resident of Otago terrace habitually parks hid VW car on double yellow lines and partially on the narrow pavement opposite his house, even when spaces are clearly available. For pedestrians it is easier to step into the road than squeeze past between the wall and his wing mirror. This is a daily occurrence.
