Gas access cover sinking in road, road surface cracked

Reported via desktop in the Potholes & road surface category anonymously at 22:40, Fri 13 May 2022

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3524656.

Cars hitting the sinking Gas valve access cover and broken road surface in Charlton Road creating a noise nuisance. It's rapidly getting worse and noisier as the road surface disintegrates. The whole area of road has been a problem with potholes for years, the water board fixed some of the issue but didn't repair any more than the immediate area they effected after a burst pipe.
