Dead extremely large tree in cemetery

Reported via desktop in the Trees and woodland category anonymously at 12:03, Sun 15 May 2022

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3526438.

I believe it was a horsechestnut tree that appears to be dead for the 2nd growing season ! it is extremely large approx 20m high growing on the cemetery boundary & if toppled will damage houses & the road! It appears to overhang the rear gardens of 43 Audley Grove, Lower Weston, but could take out houses 44 & 46!

  • 20/01538/Tca states you have 2 years from 11th June 2020. Location is nr 43 Audley grove not nr 49 as Stuart wrongly thought it was his problem in this application. (That's his home address) Jane Brewer states it's the cemetery problem, trust you can get it down before you have a disaster on your hands, kind regards Ian Bennett
