Up to 20 broken paving stones on edge of new high stree outside shops on left

Reported via desktop in the Dangerous road surface (including ice, mud, spillage or debris) category by Andrew Poulton at 19:45, Sunday 15 May 2022

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3527228.

I witnessed delivery vehicles unloading and parked on the footpath. I challenged the driver. He cannot deliver to rear of shop. The unloading bay is too small and he would still need to go on footpath to get in and out. If he parked on road to deliver it would it appeared block the road. Therefore he was in a bay not on road but on footpath. He was challeged before for parking in Charlton road too.
