Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3527904.

Can you instigate if possible the repair of a pot hole outside Clan House, Sydney Rd , Bathwick ( very close to McDonalds Bat Spa Hôtel entrance) please ?
