24 Camden Road (also known as upper camden place) - blocked drain, blockage within drain, or possibly old sewer - just off camden road (neighbouring property is 1 Camden Terrace) Resident believes there is a blockage within the drain and this is causing a small amount of surface water in the back garden. Please could you investigate
