Overgrown hedge- no action from tenants

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3528920.

I spoke to them two weeks ago to get them to have the landlord sort this- it is no longer possible to walk down the pavement without ducking out of the way. No action.
