Height barrier damaged and could fall onto vehicle/pedestrian fall

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3531596.

This has been reported to me by a contractor fitting a new cycle counter nearby. They state that the height barrier has been damaged (probably struck by a vehicle) and is in a dangerous condition and could fall on people passing below
