Two severely blocked drains

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3531697.

There are two drains one opposite Village Farm livery and the other up the road at the T Junction. I reported these two months ago and explained they will need significant work to unblock them. I received a report yesterday to say thet they had been dealt with. I went and checked and neither have been looked at are are still fully blocked and overflowing down the road.
