Thank you for your report. Repairs were carried out last year and the broken pipes were mended. However, during the pipe repair works we had a few storms and it became clear that the water emerges from the spring line a few days after the rain fall across a much wider area than the pipe work was picking up. The expectation is that following periods of heavy rain it is likely that this area will continue to become wet. We’ll continue to monitor it and assess whether further intervention will prevent the flows.
