Kick fence broken adjacent to river

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3534828.

The kick fence has been broken and a significant length is now down. The kick fence is essential for preventing parking on the river bank (as an amenity space) as well as for ensuring safe access for emergency vehicles and to aid traffic flow at this busy location.
