Drain blocked on Blacksmith Lane by Pickwick cottage - Blacksmith Lane

Problem seems to be within the drainage system running under the road, as the drain on the opposite side of the road has also become affected (1 drain having an impact on the other drain i.e. 2 drains causing issues). This is causing water to flow down the road and undermine the steps of nearby properties. Drain was reported about a year ago, so might be a recurring problem due to a blockage in the internal system (crew only cleared out the drain cover, didn't clear out blockage on pipe - FMS wouldn't allow for this category).
