Our traffic wardens can issue parking tickets for parking on double yellow lines or other parking restrictions, but we can’t respond to issues of parking when there are no restrictions in place. If parking is causing an obstruction or there is a danger, please phone the Police on 101. The Police have the powers to enforce parking, as well as move a vehicle if it is causing an obstruction.
White lines come under police enforcement, the local police officers can look at obstruction of the highway if they deem it to fit and the vehicle is on the white line opposite.
For future issues with parking, please contact Parking Services by phone on 01225 477133 or by email at parking@bathnes.gov.uk
