Damage to bollard on pavement outside Wester Lea

We did not actually see this happen but guess it was yet another juggernaut trying to turn around in the road. There are also skid marks in the road by the roundabout. This is happening all too often as the large juggernauts realise they have gone the wrong way and attempt to make a turn around the roundabout. How many more times will this happen before someone is hurt or property seriously damaged?
