On the concreate crash barriers facing the north bound carriageway of the Ring Rd A4174 going over the railway line is covered with various graffiti items, tags and other 'street art'. Can it all be cleaned off please when you can , there is a footpath in this location and your council vehicle can park in the Ring Rd layby further north and walk down.
