Parking safety issue

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3565343.

Cars parking in front of the shop are leaving by reversing onto the main road. This is in contravention of Highway Code 200 and 201. Many drivers are not taking appropriate care when reversing and there have been many near misses. “Driving without due care and attention.” Parking spaces should be painted in front of the shop so that cars can safely park (maybe parallel to the shop frontage?)
