Surface rain water coming up out of 2 drains

Reported via desktop in the Flooding of a road or pavement category anonymously at 19:27, Sun 5 June 2022

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3572984.

The 2 road drains to the SEast of my property (Bramblings) do not take surface water away, indeed even after rain has stopped, they continue to spill out water coming down The Street. The result is water crossing the road and joining water already running down the outside of my property to make a significant flow of surface water across my drive, during and after rainfall. Clearly the underground drains are blocked and cannot cope, resulting in water coming back up onto the road. This has been an issue for over 20 years, regular unblocking temporarily fixes the issue.
