The footpath is very overgrown and needs cutting back

The footpath which runs along these houses at Upper Court overlooking the industrial estate and enters Norton Hill Recreation Ground via the entrance at the back of Norwest Bowls Club, is very overgrown to the extent it is difficult to use. Please can it be cut back urgently. Thank you
