Unclear road markings

The road markings around Chelsea road are obviously unclear as people park in dangerous locations making turning difficult, visibility of pedestrians leaving the pavement to cross difficult and even parking on the pavement preventing wheelchairs and child prams to pass safely.

    It is possible that the problem is the non existent enforcement.
