Overhanging trees

Reported via desktop in the Trees and woodland category by Alan Elkington at 18:53, Sunday 12 June 2022

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3590117.

I have reported this problem on two previous occasions but with no resolution. The tree is growing from BANES owned land next to my bungalow and I fear that in a strong wind it could fall and damage my roof. Also the leaves from the tree constantly block my gutters.
