Overgrown Hedge over public foot path

Reported via mobile in the Overgrown vegetation in Council parks and green spaces category anonymously at 17:02, Mon 20 June 2022

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3610594.

The hedge in the picture is blocking the path shown, I have seen many people get blocked using this pathway by the foliage, all it needs is a trim down

Updates

  • This footpath is a main walking rote to school and town, it is completely overgrown with brambles at head height, the hedge needs to be cut and topped so that the street lights can illuminate the footpath the back hazel hedge needs cutting back to allow the full width of the path to be used

  • When is this going to be fixed or do you wait for someone to suffer eye or physical damage from the encroaching vegetation.
