Vegetation extending nearly halfway across the pavement, danger to visually impaired

Reported via desktop in the Vegetation overhanging a road or pavement from private land or property category anonymously at 10:20, Tuesday 21 June 2022

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3611923.

Vegetation on the southern boundary of Sydney Gardens (on Sydney Road) above the Holborn Museum is yet again extending into the pavement. It happens every spring/summer. Brambles are a particular problem because they are at the height of my blind grandaughter's face. The Museum have cut their boundary back. Please do the same.
