Road subsidence outside 11-13 St Keyna Rd
Reported via mobile in the Potholes & road surface category anonymously at 19:51, Tue 21 June 2022
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3613797.
This large area, maybe 3m x 2m, repaired relatively recently has failed again with cracks in surface and some dipping of the road. Worsened significantly in last week due to heavy construction traffic for nearby house build. In this case a cement mixer reversing across the failed area has caused road surface to split severely.
Please repair, plus general road damage on the same corner of this road. Better still, resurface the whole road, which I understand hasn't been replaces for around 50 years.

Appreciate you may already have this work planned in.
However, the attached photos show the worsening of the issue due to the heavy construction traffic (cranes, flatbed lorries with timber frame housing, etc) using this road for a nearby building development.
Both Nos 11 & 13 will now struggle to move cars onto the road from driveways due to the depth of this subsidence. Any traffic using the road will also likely hit this hole hard as they go around the corner.
The more construction traffic, the worse the issue will get.
I don't think that in 30 days time there will be much road remaining here, just a large hole.
