Problems not dealt with at Kensington Meadows
Reported via desktop in the Park safety issue category by Ann Nash, Secretary, Friends of Kensington Meadows at 14:39, Fri 24 June 2022
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3620871.
The repair of the gate into the Meadows from Ringswell is broken and needs repair. The notice boards are broken and are not maintained. The saplings planted last year have now grown and outgrown their stakes. Over strimming of surrounding areas means they have no support and are bending. Cyclist are using the "tumps" in the play area to ride up and down and jump off - like a skate park - even when children are playing there. Thank you for "no mow May" - it was a great success.

Would you kindly consider putting up signs on the Meadows to encourage cyclists either to dismount or travel carefully where there are children and dogs. Thank you. Ann Nash, Secretary, Friends of Kensington Meadows
