Grass cut in buzzy bee area

Resident mown part of the grassed section designated buzzy bee area. Now looks ridiculous. I didn't agree with the council's decision not to mow these areas and see it as another excuse to cut services, however unless council has given permission for residents to cut these areas, they should be left uncut for a uniform effect & to protect wildlife. Please either cut the remaining section or advise the resident not to mow the grass. Thank you.
