I have been reporting this blocked drain for 3 months now. AT WHAT POINT DOES THE REGULAR MAINTAINANCE KICK IN AND IT GETS UNBLOCKED PLEASE.
Why does it continually get missed of programme. Why do I continually have to report it. What is wrong with unblocking it. Why do all my reports get closed without it getting unblocked. What is wrong with a maintenance schedule that does not work for this drain. How can we get this issue fixed. What do I have to do the escalate this. Who is not doing the work to unblock it. Why has this report not ever been recognised as never been unblocked
