“Our Civil Enforcement Officers can issue Penalty Charge Notices for infringement of double yellow lines or other parking restrictions, but we can’t respond to issues of parking when there are no restrictions in place. If parked vehicles are causing an obstruction it is a Police matter and should be reported via 101.
For any Parking enquiries please directly contact Parking@bathnes.gov.uk. Please be aware that whilst we value intelligence reports from the public we are typically unable to respond reactively to them; however, this information does however help us deploy our officers more effectively. ”
