Junction Signage, Bell Lane leading to Dairy Way on entrance road to Chew Medical Practice

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3646520.

Faded Give Way signs on Bell Lane (by Chew Medical Practice) leading to Dairy Way. Drivers pull out into the path of vehicles travelling up or down Dairy Way. I have experienced three near misses during the month of June 2022.
