Flytipping by resident to rear of his house.

Waste dumped behind rear of property and is now being added to it over time. Includes sharp rusty metal, polystyrene, cut hedges, paint cans, plastic tubs. Appears to be waste from the property it is next too This is on Council land, a footpath and cycle path. It is dangerous and unsightly.
