Cigarette ends dropped and packets left on wall footpath to the Wansdyke by Threeways

Reported via desktop in the Excessive or dangerous littering category anonymously at 22:26, Tuesday 5 July 2022

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3652714.

I’ve reported this before and was told it’s fixed! Lots of people come there to smoke during their work breaks. They leave their cigarette ends on the ground and I keep finding empty packets there too. There was once a cigarette bin for ends but that was broken months ago. Not sure who would be responsible for emptying it if there was one. It’s horrible. I sent a photo last time. It’s been like it for years.
