Multiple deep potholes grounding cars, causing damage
Reported via iOS in the Potholes & road surface category anonymously at 07:39, Wed 6 July 2022
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3653065.
This road is terrible, several potholes are deeper than 5 inches along the length and width of the road. cars regularly ground on the road, some sections they are impossible to avoid as they are on both sides. I watched an oncoming car damage its front bumper/scoop yesterday - torn off on left side after car fell into one of the holes while giving me room to pass on bicycle. When it rains heavily it is very dangerous on a bicycle as they fill with water - bad drainage has to be part of the cause of the recurring holes?
