Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3676885.

48 hours ago teenagers were in the vehicle trying to move it as it’s abandoned and unlocked . The council have a duty of care as the kids could be easily injured or worse.

Further more my daughter in law was nearly clipped by a approaching Car as she was forced into the road as the pavement is obstructed.

I can not comment on why some of the kids had petrol cans they may have got them out the back , this is a potential fit risk.
