Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 2 weeks, 5 days, 20 hours, 41 minutes later. Council ref: 3676968.
I am the owner occupier at 32 Audley Park Road, BA1 2XN, so on the north-south section It was not possible to use 'Fix My Street' to draw the following to your attention, AGAIN, to :
Overhanging Tree: I have repeatedly drawn to your attention that the ornamental cherry tree on the steeply sloping frontage of No. 32 was planted by B&NES, or its predecessor, on council owned land ( the ransom strip reserved for future road widening) is again overhanging the road at a level where it is hit by any high sided vehicle, including your refuse and waste collection lorries. It is very overdue for pruning back and we have had complaints from vehicle drivers, asking us to have this work done.
