School sign indicating a school is ahead

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3678106.

The orange lights on the sign indicating there is a school ahead are not flashing on and off on the side of the road nearest to the school. They appear to be working correctly on the side of the road closest to the BMI clinic. This is a hazard warning sign which requires urgent attention for the safety of the pupils attending the school.
