Overhanging trees

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3682344.

Trees overhanging private property reported 12 months still not done do i take my legal right get a chain saw cut back offending branches and put back in to your park .If you look in goggle maps satellite view you can see for you self.

  • The Maple tree was routinely inspected in April. Works have been identified including pruning back the canopy from the adjacent property and will be included in the routine works programme.
