Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later.
Council ref: 3686632.
I sent the email below on 7th June but don’t seem to have received a response. Could you kindly forward it to the relevant department, please?
I think there may have been some confusion that the churchyard at St John’s Church, Keynsham is the responsibility of Keynsham Town Council, however it does come under BANES. Trip hazard signs were provided by yourselves previously after a member of the public threatened legal action after tripping over an uneven slab on the church path. We have a number of warning signs on the external walls of our parish hall, but the free-standing signs we had alongside paths in the churchyard have been routinely uprooted and damaged and, unfortunately, are now beyond repair.
If there is a more robust alternative, we would appreciate hearing about it, or some identical signs that we can erect (with a few spare) would be great.
