Dead fish floating in pond today

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3691273.

Today there's a large dead fish floating in this sludgy pond. I think it's a carp. The water is brown and full of sludge with an oily film on the top of it. I can see that the problem is known about and being investigated, but just wanted to highlight about the dead fish. The pond is such an eyesore and I feel sorry for the ducks living there.
