Car regularly obstructing pavement
Reported via desktop in the Obstruction on road or pavement category anonymously at 11:20, Wed 27 July 2022
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3710424.
A vehicle is regularly parked half on/half off a resident's driveway and obstructs the pavement. People have to step into the road. It is especially difficult for those who have difficulty negotiating the kerb. I can provide the house number if needed.

“Our Civil Enforcement Officers can issue Penalty Charge Notices for infringement of double yellow lines or other parking restrictions, but we can’t respond to issues of parking when there are no restrictions in place. If parked vehicles are causing an obstruction it is a Police matter and should be reported via 101.
For any Parking enquiries please directly contact Parking@bathnes.gov.uk. Please be aware that whilst we value intelligence reports from the public we are typically unable to respond reactively to them; however, this information does however help us deploy our officers more effectively. ”
