Lights on/guards missing Marlborough Lane

Reported via mobile in the Street light fault category anonymously at 15:43, Fri 5 August 2022

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3733560.

I requested a guard to cut out the glare of the street lights into bedroom which is worse since the new higher poles were introduced. I have had no response. On top of this the lights are on during the day.

  • We confirm that we have requested our contractors attend and apply shielding to part of the lantern that faces your property. It it is hoped when this is applied the LED themselves in the lantern will be less visible and glare towards you property will be reduced. Our contractors will attend as soon as they can.
