Penn Hill end of Southlands
Reported via desktop in the Faded road markings category anonymously at 17:38, Fri 5 August 2022
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3733882.
Not faded so much as missing lines! When Southlands was resurfaced (thanks!) and road markings painted we lost some parking spaces around the triangle. This is a frustrating when very, very few houses have off street parking.
However, what I want to flag up mainly is the anomaly of a gap in the double yellow lines opposite a disabled parking bay. I have seen cars parked here, (RUH staff??) which means the disabled bay can't be used. There isn't enough width for both!

This is supposed to be resolved. but there is still a parking space opposite a disabled bay with nowhere near enough space for a car to pass through if both spaces were occupied.

Still open, via questionnaire -
I would agree this gap in the yellow lines makes little sense. Thanks
