Road signs ilegible and have the wrong heights on

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3752075.
I have reported this many times. The last time it was closed off for the 5th time with this ridiculous comments:-
Our contractor has now completed their work. If this issue reoccurs please log a new report. ---------------------- NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE THE SIGN IS STILL THE SAME UNREADABLE
Pleas STOP closing these reports off as fixed when the are NOT fixed. If you have a problem with me reporting these please ask an officer to meet me at the scene to show them the problem You have my mobile number.
What is the point of this fix my street programme when they are closed off with NO ACTION taken and reported that is has been fixed. IT HAS NOT BEEN FIXED. I HAVE JUST CHECKED
